No, it's not you. I've had stuff get lost in the mail WHILE I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER... Moral of the story, don't trust the US government to not screw something up.

holy shit, if you can't depend on a tracking number, what in this life is there to depend on, man!!?? *shakes you!!!*
next time, you can bet I'll be checking to see if that application got there...none of this "trust" business. TRUST IS OUT OF THE PICTURE FROM NOW ON!!! ^^;;;

and aarrrrgh, you'd think with all of japan's crazy technologies they'd have some kind of super advanced mail system...like...mail that teleports into your room...or directly into your mind...or something. oO;;
