Lighter Life and Ramadan

So Ramadan started yesterday. My concern was, how will this and the diet programme fit together. My programme requires me to have 4 packs or bars a day and 4L of water. I'm sure God will understand. Having a healthy body is more important to Him - He gave it to you, after all, and He wants you to take care of it.

Yeah that's my line of thinking. Holding the actual fast has not been an issue. The issue is consuming the required water without feeling sick (4L in about 2 hours is just not doable or even safe in my opinion and therefore if it drops below 4L I'll come out of fat burning.) Also I do not want my body to enter starvation mode...which I can see it doing. This diet plus Ramadan not during the winter means it's not feasable. My folks have also said...don't fast. I just need to get over the guilt of not doing so. I have never missed a fast other than for that time of the month.
