Wow! I really loved it! It's such a different thing from usual! Holmes' sorrow is touching... the way he would have been ready to share Watson with Mary shows how much and deeply he needed him... and the closing scene!!! I'm so delighted!! Well I won't spend more words about it simply because my pitiable english doesn't permit me but... woah! I'd speak for hours!! *-*

I really love this. First, the lyrics are perfect. And the most precious and beautiful and painful about this is that the view into Holmes' pain here is very very private, and it's not just because it's from his POV. His sorrow here is so, so quiet, so suffocated, so lonely and unspoken it makes it twice as painful. It's like, he loves Watson so much he could have endured anything, given anything just to have him by his side and the "I don't believe you"s in the lyrics with their respective "I'll believe you"s in the paragraphs just sharpened that pain in such a silent, tender and slowly hurting way.
