Movie!Watson and Book!Watson switch places (or Movie!Holmes, Book!Holmes, IDFC). Some height kink, with the Watsons both boggling at how tall/short Holmes is in the opposite verse.
Maybe the Holmeses meet? AND THEN CATFIGHT.
