What fun! I love watching Sherlock's idiosyncrasies play out in a different situation - he makes a surprising amount of sense as a tattoo artist, especially considering his policy on what sort of tattoos he'll bother to do. The touch of a murder case really peaked my interest. Also, the mental images of the both of them with tattoos is wonderful.

I'm not ashamed to admit that my biggest motivation for wanting to write this was the mental imagine of Sherlock with tat sleeves and designer shirts haha. The continuation is already in the works :)

Huzzah! I am finally getting around to commenting!
I have never heard of the French tattooing before! I will have to look into it!
I am pretty sure Sherlock would not be impressed with the tattoos I and throw me out. But I love how he can deduce what tattoo someone wants! I'd totally take that!
