Thank you so very, very much for this dear wonderful writer. This lovely story was definitely worth the long wait. All the characters are so absolutely in character and thoroughly lovely. I read the whole story with a big happy smile on my face, from the first awkward meeting, well of course it had to be awkward, to the satisfactory end.

I love that for once Sherlock is oblivious of most that is happening around him, all caught up in "The Work" as he is and that John and Douglas are so wonderfully protective of M&M's shy love, gently coaxing it along.

And so many good lines:

“I like gingers,” she uttered, followed quickly by a horrified, “No! I didn't - god!” She covered her face with her hands ( ... )

That's just wonderful, perfect heartwarming crossover! It couldn't have happened to a nicer underpaid pilot, or pathologist.
Loved johns comparison!

This is abso-freaking-loutely ADORABLE! I think I'm in love with this pairing now, too, thanks to you. I love the way they met, I love the way Molly engineers another meeting, and I ADORE the way that Martin provided a key part of the puzzle. Martin and Molly's respective babbling made me cackle, and I was LOLing by the time "Use the technical talk" rolled around. You've made my morning, Anon. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! I had the best time writing this happy story. Of course, Martin had to help solve the puzzle, he's just like -- Miss Marple! Writing the babbling and Arthur's special view of the world was a lot of fun. So glad you enjoyed it. Your comment put a huge grin on my face.

That was amazing. The fairytale ending was a bit too much for me, but heck, I'm not the recipient.

Still, it's wonderful on the character side and there were some great lines in there to underline that. My favourite?

They stood and looked at each other with matching cringes on their faces.
So fitting.

Ha. I've never written anything this happy before, lol, so the fairy tale ending is new territory for me, but these crazy kids deserve it. : )
I'm glad you liked the lines. Those matching cringes are pretty much canon. Thanks so much!
