I hope I'm remembering this correctly: There's a story where John was locked up in this facility for omegas and/or bearers (not sure if the story was actually mpreg), and I think someone is forcing Moran on him after Sherlock rejects John because Sherlock insists he has no interest in omegas/bearers/John.
