Looking for Specific Watson Sic Fic

I am looking for a specific fanfic I read several months ago.  It may be ACD, RJD, or Grenada-verse.  What I rememeber is that Holmes has a case and is running all over London with Watson.  Watson is starting a relapse of his fever that he suffered from in the war and trying despeately hard to hide it from Holmes.  I remember Watson worring about
