Interesting development and I like RDJr trying to pull a Sherlock on Guy's clothing.

One question: Assuming Robert started from LA, I don't see how it would 24 hours for him to get to London. And honestly, there wouldn't be fuel-stops. Nonstop service goes frequently and takes about 8-10 hours. Sorry for the nitpick, but as a travel agent that kind of jumped out at me.

It just seemed like something he would do, I didn't even pick up on how much he sounded like Holmes when I wrote it (actually, it took you pointing that fact out for me to pick up on that).

Don't be sorry, I'm glad to hear your nitpick about the travel stuff (I actually meant to pester you about the flight thing when I wrote this up, but then I remembered about the time difference, and then I just never got around to asking you about it). I've never traveled from LA all the way to London before, so I was guessing at the length of time it'd take.
As for the stops for fuel, technically, I figured that they're on a private jet, which I figure would need to stop at least once to re-fuel. Am I figuring that right?

I was assuming a commercial flight, in first class of course. LAX to Heathrow in 10 hours 25 minutes. I honestly don't know what it would be in a private jet, but that might change the equation, although not necessarily enough for 24 hours. It's not a big deal, but if you were going to expand the story or cross-post it might be worth checking on. As I said, it's nit-picky, but anything that takes the reader out of the story isn't helpful.

It'd probably be pretty simillar to a commercial flight, I'm going to suppose.
