I wish I could say your entry gave me some awe-inspiring insight about Prom, but I already felt this way about it. It didn't feel worthwhile to me so I decided not to go, and I don't regret it one bit. I guess all I have to say is make sure it's memorable to you and one of the best nights of your life, no matter what (don't let drama ruin it, etc.), and be happy you get this opportunity to go...and don't feel guilty for overspending, because what's done is done and now all you can do is enjoy it! hey babe! i didnt particularly have the best time at prom but when i meet people who didnt get to go their prom i feel bad for them for some reason. so go have fun, i expect to see lots of pictures :]
