VEGAS. Why Are You Doing this to Me???

Can anyone who uses Vegas please tell me why it would randomly just stop working? The music plays fine, but it no longer registers the clips! Wtf? It's as if a codec is missing or something. And what blows extra hard is that I totally used it just a couple days ago. Then today, not only does my Windows Media Player Classic randomly stops working, ( Read more... )

YES! I use DVD to AVI, Vegas and it hated each other. which is why I don't use Vegas on this computer. I would say, it could be the combination of the two programs.

Ugh. Well, I unistalled the program and it still didn't really work. So I updated my K-Lite Codek Pack and now it seems to be working. But I wanna have a cool converting program. Whaa. :(

I know, right! I think I fixed it. But I guess we need a new iPod converting program. Grr.

I've had problems with vegas and avi codecs other then divx. did it install any codecs? I would start by uninstalling that program you installed right before this started happening if that fixes it then theres your fix till you can find something on the web to help. if not, I would try to uninstall vegas restart the computer and reinstall it again.

Thanks. I just updated a my K-Lite Codec Pack, and that seemed to have fixed the problem. I just hate when things seem to randomly stop working though.
