If you want commentary on aspects of any vid I've made, post a comment. Let me know if there are particular questions you'd like me to answer, choices you'd like to talk about, or elements of the vid you'd like me to expound on (favorite moments, etc.).

Okay, question:
Do you work hard to get the sense of movement flowing through your vids or is that just something that happens naturally for you? Any tricks you care to share regarding that, because it's one of the things I most love about your vids.
Cheers

I gave some movement tips in response to Lizzie's comment. :)
And goodness me, thank you! I really love the idea of doing something different with each vid, but if the song calls for it, I don't mind doing the same thing twice. But being outside the box is AWESOME. ;) And you know, Talk Show Host was kind of an awesome experience. Well once it was done, lol. When I was doing it I thought I'd strangle myself trying to find all the different shots of Shep just running around Atlantis. It was all the same to me after a while! I was going bonkers.

Ah, it's actually something that I think is one of my kinks in general. I like to think of vids on multiple levels, for instance I try to pull inspiration from actual music videos I'm seen, or even from films in terms of style and sometimes movement. But the movement is really something that I find very important in general for a show. If you look at DW vs. Torchwood really closely you'll find that TW uses LOTS of movement in their shots while DW tends to have a static frames. I don't know why but they despise the steady cam on that show. So in terms of vids this presents a challenge, because it's up to me to give that show movement which I find very important because a vid becomes boring if you have flowing music but static shots.
Any tricks you care to share regarding that, because it's one of the things I most love about your vids.Well first of all, thank you. :) Now in terms of tricks, ( ... )
