bc i finally came up with mine if i was to do a surfline or whatever it may be, i have a name for my company and i wanna own the rights ASAP.

go online. not sure you can get the name without the company, though.

though it depends . cuz the easiest way is to have it registered as a DBA which has a 10 $ fee and u register at the comptrollers office adn it is registered for 10 yrs. but if u r planning more than that then it takes more effort and a little more cost
