Okay, so basically, if guests leave the barracks they'll get lost in the labyrinth? Or would it happen in the barracks, too?

I read it as around ANY light source, be it in the barracks or in the stables, etc. That they can disappear from ANYWHERE within the Keep if they stray from their given source of light.

Happens in the barracks too. If they wander off without a lightsource, they'll get lost :D

Theoretically, what if someone went out into the dark and belated provided a light source? Like, once they were out and maybe started to realize that this wasn't such a hot idea after all? Would they still be trapped? Or could the effect be stopped before they got hopelessly lost? :|a

It's up to you whether they realize a light would be a good idea before they get lost or after. Though if it's after, a light won't dispel the labyrinth.

Oooo, all of the shiny. Though just clarifying, because my brain is sleepy and I don't want to mess it up, if they have a candle or something with them while they walk around, does that count as a light source or will they still get lost? And if the candle were to blow out mid-journey, would they wind up in the labyrinth?

I so want to throw someone at this!

Anyone who doesn't mind a touch of slow-ness want to get stuck in a room with Bobby, Derek, Ryn, or Varric?
