WELL I thought it was fantastic. :P The game itself doesn't go very deep with character developmet or anything, and you fill the blanks perfectly with your insight. I always thought that slkowly as things went on Zax would start wanting to just get away and take Cloud with him before the pot overboiled, but I could never put it in words as great as you have ♥ Go you!

Aw thank you. I don't like most of what I write to be quite honest with you, but I'm always happy when other people do. And I agree that Zack would probably have wanted to just grab Cloud and leave everything behind. But I think it was the idea that he had to keep his pride and honor as a SOLDIER that kept him from it.

This was a nice little piece that I quite enjoyed reading.

My only concern(and it might be a stupid one) is that when Zack is thinking about Cloud, the use of "he" gets a bit overdone. Everyone reading will know it's Cloud and I also doubt Zack calls Cloud just "him" in his mind instead of by his name. But I might be wrong, and adding a name to him might disturb the flow of the story. Who knows, but personally, it just stood out to me :)
