hollie, i love this fic! Sinead was such an underdog back when and bullied too. i want to know how she grew into the cool criminal she is today. Aisling surely had much to do with that, i can see it already! i'll say it again, you write them so well. please continue! :)

Is it just my imagination, or is Brooke pretty much a young Caro?
Really enjoyed this, and now REALLY want to know how the two history nerds ended up as criminals!

Thank you for sharing your work. It's a sweet story, but it's not clear to me where you intend to go with it. Typically in a story, the main character has some sort of problem which motivates them to act, setting up the plot. Brooke is certainly a problem, but she's not motivating Sinead to *do* anything except cower and hide--which isn't much to read about. Someone who already knows and loves your characters may be perfectly happy reading a story about them puttering around at school, but as a new reader, I need something more. I want the main character to *do* something, to take some action against whatever trials and travails the world is throwing at her (she doesn't even have to be successful, at first ( ... )

I do love me a good origin story.

This is really nice, Hollie. You do a really good job of setting up the friendship/later relationship between Sinead and Aisling. Now we just need to know how they came to lead a life of crime. ;D
