i usually go with the pokemon food they have in the dept store but they all like different things. then again, one of them would probably eat burning rubber if you put it in front of him, so idk. :/
I try to put spices or sauces on it if I have them handy, or some water to soften it. They forage for berries for themselves, as well. It's still about as interesting as cardboard.
... well, and I buy the food for 'em from the store...
[She was no animal nutrition expert but between mooching off of her, eating their kibble, and occasionally hunting on their own, they all seemed to be doing all right.]
Berries and stuff.
The sharp-toothed ones all are pretty fond of the meat I buy at the store.
I prepare Pokémon food for each of my Pokémon individually, suited to their tastes both in flavour and in preparation. My Charizard, for example, will only eat flame-broiled food. She often does the cooking herself, once I'm mixed it up. On the other hand, my Ursaring will only eat sweet food of a moist consistency, and also enjoys fruit.
Frozen food would be difficult to maintain while traveling. Does she know any substantial ice-type attacks? You may be able to use the same technique I do with my Charizard, by training her to prepare the food, herself.
Aside from that, frozen foods are often sweet; the taste goes well with the temperature. You could try mixing up something fruit-based to freeze.
She knows some, but she's very shy, so she dislikes using attacks when the others are present. I sometimes have to wait until the rest are done. She does enjoy sweet things, so perhaps that would be a good motivator.

The rest don't like eating kibble, though, even if it's often all I can offer them when I'm traveling.

My Snorunt only eats frozen food, but she never really cares about what I put in front of her, either. Any ideas?
