So both tanarian and teachwriteslash have stepped up and admitted the list of in-progress stories they have. I wanted to show them that they aren't alone. So here's the stack of what's not moving here at the Casa (I live in California, we're allowed to use Spanish) in honor of Teach's birthday.

Oooh, look at all the pretties! *dabs at stories helpfully* Lordy, I am so relieved that I am not the only artistically constipated writer around! I have to say that being angry with RTD - no, wait, being incandescently furious with RTD - has actually tripled my creativity because now I've stopped trying to be nice and even-handed and forgiving and I'm willing to think that a lot of his stuff is rubbish and being in a slightly belligerent mood that makes me want to rescue all of his characters and give them second chances. Except Gwen. Mostly. Can I make her a sausage dog? Not that I have anything against sausage dogs, per se, but I think of the short legs and then I giggle. I like laughing at Gwen. Pretties. Yeah, so how's the sequel to Reclaiming Camelot coming? (See, it stings, don't it?) I was going to try being compliant to canon, but then decided if the idiots that run TW can't even bother to do that (ages, professions, oh- actual intelligence) then why should I?

I decided Gwen is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, which from personal experience, I can say are some of the dumbest, ugliest and quiet possibly most worthless canines to walk the earth.

Oh, 'the Talk' is much worse. Much, much, much worse.

Poor you, I have a couple of stories (i do one-shot..songfics) Half-baked and very very very well edited..but stuck.

Wow, that is a lot of WIP's! And they all sound interesting! I'm glad I'm not alone in having a bunch, I have one that's completely stalled as well and the others have been stuck lately because there are not enough hours in the day.
