He was the most poorly used and under appreciated character on the show.

Oh, I think he had his moments--I'm a monster fan of Sleeper, for example. That phone line will live with me forever. But I'm also a romantic and John and Gareth had such brilliant chemistry that I wish we could have had "torchwood, the romantic comedy" and really explored the relationship. But I guess that's what we have fanfic for :)

Oh that's well done ... much appreciated ... angst I can handle ... death is part of life ... but character assassination for fun ... not so much ... thank you for this.

I'd be more coherent but its been a long damn week ... 1 hr and 4 minutes and is 5:00 here ... there is a pub with a stool waiting for me ...

I could make a list ... Ginger's mom, anniversary of Stephen's death (the day Episode 4 aired), Braves traded Jeff Francouer, TW ... I could keep going ... I'm calling it the week that never happened ... and yes I cheated and went to the pub at 4:45 ...

i wish anyone owned them other than RTD at the moment.

then again, he doesn't own Capt. Jack- that's James Moran, so now we know why RTD took a huge dump on him-- had to soil the character so Moran couldn't make use of him in the future on DW.

because yeah, RTD really is that petty.
