For All The Code one of my beta sites wants me to sign a non-employee NDA. Normally I'd sign these without much consideration, but one of the clauses looks kind of funny to me (of course this could be because I'm not a lawyer and it could be totally inoccouse). So at the advice of Smith I'm going to try and find a lawyer to review it and perhaps

I got a lawyer, they were trying to rip me off. Didn't sign. Found someone else.
