where did the time go?

So a lot of stuff has happened. All The Code has a semi function front end here [for the time being], but the query analyzer is borked (only exact string match, not substr, and spaces cause it to break) and the fronted has some serious stability issues, but the back end is pretty stable. I'm thinking about delaying the launch (once again) to fix

The general idea is that if you are looking for some code to do foo you search for foo (where foo could be something like btree). Right now it only works with java and doesn't have a lot of code in its index either. But yah.... ninjas!
