Great show! I simply adore Dan. And I felt really badly for him. Louise was pushing him and he knows - he knows she is using him as an easy out from her marriage. He said it himself, they wouldn't last a month. He loves her and he would just get hurt. And he loves his brother. She doesn't even seem to care what it will do to either men or her children ( ... )

I was reading an article a few months back about the state of British healthcare, and part of it was talking about female doctors with children. Apparently only something like 50% of them continue to practice full time medicine, and a good chunk of them drop out all together. What I did find interesting is that they married so young, but still Louise went to medical school and became a doctor, and put off having kids. With the kind of personality Alex has, and how their relationship seems, I'm kind of surprised she ever did become a doctor.

I love Maddy so much.

Elliott, yeah. But you know, I was wondering if there was something of a spark between him and Lady Byrne? That would be nice for both of them.

No wonder Dan has never been able to commit to another, he's been in love with Alex all these years. So sad.

Especially loved the image shot the end of Dan standing in the rain with the cigar in his mouth - very Methos!
