hey man, I was just checking in on you, My answer is JUMPROPE. F'reals. 20 minutes in the AM, 20 in the PM, it's a serious high impact workout, burns fat super quick by boosting your heartrate sky high and keeps it elevated enough all day that you never get a complete cooldown, thus! burning more calories all damned day.
If you live on a second floor and don't feel comfortable banging on someones ceiling, take it to a park or ANYWHERE (so portable, see?) like a parking structure roof, etc. etc.
