Feels like the ocean

I haven't seen the ocean since 1995, that of my birthplace, Hong Kong. Once in a long, long while, when I'm lying in bed not quite awake or sleeping, my body will feel the motions of waves that aren't there. That's really beautiful...and I completely feel for you. I live in Connecticut, on the Atlantic, so I've been near the ocean my whole life and am very attached to it. When I went even a little ways inland looking at colleges, I felt my heart being pulled back to the water and knew that I couldn't bear to be parted from it. I'm now at a school in Massachusetts, nine miles inland, and I still wish I was closer. I hope you get to visit the ocean again soon.

May I friend you, by the way?

If I have the money to move and settle, perhaps St.John, Newfoundland, I like small towns and Danny Williams.

Cool, I gotta warn you that sometimes I forget to use cuts. ...and I shift between fandoms a lot, right now, Grindeldore is big with me, but so was Garak/Bashir from Star Trek:DS9 a month ago

...and right now I've been inspired by the current to revisit the grand tragic romances of Buffy/Faith (two slayers) and Giles/Ethan (two warlocks), the pre-Willow/Tara Very Strong Subtext pairings.

...and my politics can be offensive at times.
