I know that when I was quidditch mod I had an annoyance with the fact that it wasn't uniform. For example on some lists quidditch robes were with the other house robes but on some lists they were with the firebolt and balls. It became very confusing. I think it'd help a lot just having everything either one place or another LOL

That's probably because the Quidditch Robes are at Madam Malkin's rather than Quidditch Quality Supplies. I'm going to be changing that for next month. :)

hehehe yeah I got why they were in different places.. but what bugged me is when I'd miss someone had robes because they weren't listed with their other robes but with their quidditch supplies.. or something like that LOL All the lists aren't the same which is annoying lol And now that we have the anchors I don't see why there can't be added space or some kind of dividers or something to help it be easier to read.. no more need for scrolling XD

Yeah, I understand that. I always wondered why the Quidditch robes weren't with the equipment. Would it be easier, in your opinion, to have them all on one line or to have the robes listed with clothing?

I'd really like it to be according to the shop because that way looking at the owned items list is also a quick way to see what shop stocks what things without having to load up all the shops in different tabs. You could also just go through, update the roster for a certain shop, add it all in, then go on to the next shop, which I think would make updating easier on you as well. Also, there are some items whose categorization might be a little dicey, so this way, the categories are all very neat and defined.

I think it'd be easier by shop as I remember where I bought things from...

I think it would be incredibly difficult to do it by club/comm for extra points, especially when some of the items don't earn extra points at all. I have all the books, so you'd have to break the books down by club rather than just have 1-59. I think it would be neater and easier for everyone to group by shop. Grouping by type might be a little frustrating because you might want to be able to tell someone where you bought your Solid Gold Gobstones but can't remember because they're just listed under "Games" or something.

Personally, I agree. Sorting by Club/Comm would take a lot more work than it's probably worth. I wanted input from the community before I made any changes. :) Thanks for the feedback.

I think that dividing it by club/comm is a neat idea but since some items earn points for more than one club or comm, it could lead to needing duplicated entries. I think that by shop is probably best, but the important thing is just making sure they are consistently done from one person to the next. I know when I was diagon mod, this was one of the areas where a lot of feedback came when I was looking at ways to make Diagon more user-friendly, but I didn't have time to do much with it before I had to leave for a while. Things just aren't in the same place on everyone's lists, as heartsablaze has pointed out so it makes it so leaders/mods have to read through everyone's entire items owned list to make sure they don't miss anything since they can't rely on something always being in the "Clothes" line, etc.
