Oh, the Official form... That would be the one that strangles itself in red tape as soon as it sees how many other forms, yellow with age, are piled up in front of it waiting to be reviewed? That Official form?

Oh yes. It's very official. So official it has its own name. Submission of Wizarding Internal Nomination for Declared Legitimate Expenses. We are trying to come up with a catchier name.

And actually the red tape is there to mark out the particularly outrageous ones for passing around the staff room difficult cases. Such as some of the more esoteric purchases from the Weasley emporium.
