Usually when I open a bunch of tabs off my flist, when I get to a fic over a few hundred words I read the first couple of paragraphs and then either close it or bookmark it for later. Not so this one; I stayed and read the whole thing at once. You've made Terry so very real and I loved the cameos from some bigger players like Draco and Hermione.

This is a great set of snapshots of a character we never knew much oabout but you've brought him wonderfully to life. The relationships with other characters in this were very realistic and you can see the way he matures over the seven years of school too. You managed to make him a Ravenclaw but not just a bookworm either which isn't seen enough in fics. I loved especially the bit where he wouldn't be surprised if hermione turned out to be a robot and the interactions with his parents.

Poor Terry! It really must have been quite the trial to attend Hogwarts as one of Harry's peers. There was so much going on and Hermione wasn't the only Muggleborn that had to make choices. I applauded Terry's ingenuity in dealing with the Muggleborn Registration Committee.
