Open rp in a random corridor

Having finally managed to get back to his castle and collect a few things and return to Hogwarts, with only a few unexpected detours, Raenef was feeling rather pleased with himself. He'd be feeling more pleased if one of those detours hadn't involved a lake, but he'd only been in up to his knees so no harm done ( Read more... )

Kyo comes round the corner, looking moody (as per usual) but stops in amazement when he sees Raenef.

"Momiji? What're you doing here?"

((ooc: Kyo is mistaking him for this guy, who is his cousin.))

Momiji? That was a new one. But at least he wasn't being mistaken for Wolfram again.

"I think you might have me confused with someone else. My name's Raenef."

Yuuri didn't mistake this boy for Wolfram. They did look very similar, but you couldn't spend as much time with Wolfram as Yuuri not entirely voluntarily did without picking up on a few key distinctions. For example, he managed to approach this blond boy and wave at him without either being called a wimp, being called a cheater, or being hmphed at.

"Hi!" Still waving, he gave the new kid a friendly smile.

"Hello," Raenef gave the other boy a wave back. "I'm Raenef. Who are you?"

"Shibuya Yuuri, 'Maou and Hufflepuff.'" It felt silly to introduce himself that way, but Wolfram had been pretty insistent on the 'Maou and Hufflepuff' business. "You're new, aren't you? Hey, do you play baseball?"

"Nice to meet you. I'm in Hufflepuff too, although I haven't found where it is yet." The word Maou then registered. "Maou? That's like a demon lord, isn't it? You must be the other demon lord Wolfram was talking about. I've never heard of baseball. Is it some sort of game?"
