Semi-Closed RP - Lunch in Hogsmeade, Anya & Dawn

Anya glanced around the Great Hall, but didn't see Dawn yet. They hadn't set a specific meeting time, so Anya settled herself in a comfortable chair and read her Charms textbook while she waited.

((OOC: Anya & Dawn will be going to Hogsmeade, but if anyone would like to talk to Anya while she waits, feel free to come over.))

Dawn had been deeply immersed in trying to make that stinking Unlocking Charm work when she realized it was probably time to meet Anya. She grabbed a jacket and hurried down to the Great Hall, where she spotted her old friend.

"Hey," she said, walking over. "Ready to go?"

"It's not too hard. There's a road that goes straight down there." Dawn gestures toward the door. "Shall we? It's not that long of a walk."

They exited through a courtyard and began making their way down to Hogsmeade. It was an overcast day, and Dawn hugged a shawl around herself. "So I got the quick version at your Sorting, but, um, what happened to you, Anya? How'd you get from dead at the bottom of the Sunnydale crater to here?"

Anya glanced around at the grounds as they walked, absently noting some kind of arena in the distance. "Oddly enough, I came back via a vengeance wish. Apparently one of the Vengeance demons was consoling another who'd just broken up with her boyfriend. She said something like 'I wish Anyanka were here. She'd know how to really hurt him.' Without thinking, the other Vengeance demon granted her wish, and there I was."
