"Holy Merlin!" Ron pushes himself away from the desk he was sulking on and tilts his chair backwards, falling over with a thud.

"What- who- You can't apparate at Hogwarts!"

The puppet dances happily in delight. "I have changed my mind about the legs," he declares. "But I shall receive autonomy. Make it so that he obeys my commands, and answers only to Petro. And then give him kitty whiskers!"

Belldandy clasps her hands and glances back and forth between the two Rons. She fixes her blue gaze on the puppet!Ron and says, "I presume you are the one who summoned me?" She uses 'summoned' very deliberately, for she's beginning to suspect something strange going on here with regards to these wishes and owls.
"You may only have one wish. I can grant any wish you like, but you may only have one. Please choose one wish."
She sighs a bit and looks at Ron (the real Ron), adding, "I am not Apparating. This teleportation is a function of Yggdrasil and may not be overriden by any lesser spells." Even the cheerful goddess' face has a bit of a frown.
As the puppet deliberates, she turns to Harry and replies, "I don't believe I was here at the time of your Sorting. I am pleased to meet you. I am the goddess Belldandy, First class second category unlimited, in Hufflepuff."

"You can't be in Hufflepuff, I can see you! One wish in the whole wide world, hmmm? I wish... I wish on upon a star that this," Ron points to Ron, "giant ball of angsty sulk is no longer in control of our body, and that I can use it to chase butterflies! The pretender does nothing fun with it, anyways. Curled up on the floor weeping? Not fun! Do it! Yay!"
