Oh, do please just call me Door. "Lady" is for formal occasions.
We do have a full team set up; however, we've had quite a lot of new arrivals since then. Perhaps we might issue a call for reserve players to join our next practice? Really, shouldn't we all just have a good time?
I really do insist upon using the title, I'm afraid. I was taught to use them; 'Miss' would be less accurate, and I do try to keep informalities to a minimum.
Yes, I think that would be a good idea. And perhaps we should make sure that everyone signed up is still interested as well. Aren't we?
If you absolutely insist. But, then, my full title is Lady Door of the House of Arch; rather cumbersome, don't you think? Using my title also implies that you're one of my subjects, which would make you my responsibility. I don't wave my title around for show.
When should we set up our next practice, then? I agree that we should make sure no-one's interest has waned. I meant that we should be emphasising enjoyment over competition. It's not a pitched battle, after all.
Cumbersome? Oh, it isn't too cumbersome since it can be converted to a not-too-long acronym. But do you insist upon the full title? "Lord ______" or "Lady _____" is generally sufficient where I come from, and, I suppose, less cumbersome.
I think we should have it as soon as possible. After all, we'll need to be practicing quite a bit so that we aren't awful. And I wonder if we could get DEATH on our team. Aren't we? I think the competition is just added fun.
Sure. What time? Should I bring extra knives, then?
I'll owl her and ask. What should I do if she can't make it? And if you're planning on doing THAT, I don't know if she'd want to be around, especially if I'm helping. It might bring up bad memories.
Time wasn't specified. I recommend that you expect lunchtime, but hopefully you have an open schedule. If you like, though perhaps we won't need them. I don't know that I should plan to get rid of her right now, anyways. After all, there are people betting money that she and I will end up in a relationship, and I should hate to let them down so soon. Perhaps I shall stick to finding out information for now.
I think your presence would be nice, all the same, if she can't come.

All right, then, I'll go owl her now. If there's no killing, she'll probably have fun.

Thank you. Hopefully she'll have fun. I'd hate for her not to have a good time.
