Dear Rin Tezuka,

This is a good idea if it's not a front put up by the Sorting Hat. Might I suggest taking it a step further? Some of the people here are unfamiliar with all the cultures of Earth. A Cultural Club that included other cultures besides the Japanese could be a good resource and diversion.

Respectfully,
Derkhan Blueday

Ms. Blueday,

I would very much like that. However, I was rather sheltered growing up, and I know mostly about Japanese culture, particularly Japanese art and cuisine.

I know a LITTLE about art and food from other cultures, but otherwise, only feel qualified to speak and teach about my own.

Admiral,

We will be holding our first session Monday of next week.

I will be teaching how one prepares shabu-shabu, a sort of hot-pot, and discussing haiku.

I look forward to meeting you.

Kayo found the flier before she found Rin-san again. Seeing the name written down on it, Kayo assumed that she could leave a message for Rin on the paper as well.

In Japanese, Kayo wrote, "Rin-san, this is Kayo. I would like to help you with this project of yours."

Kayo:

I would love your help.

Tomorrow we are going to discuss cooking, poetry and modern Japanese music.

I would very much like your assistance in cooking a proper braised pork ramen; I have the ingredients, but obvious difficulty in preparing them.

Kayo was surprised when the owl appeared with a note from Rin. She smiled, now understanding what was meant by owl and sent a note in response.

"Rin-san
I am looking forward to it. Please let me know where it is and how to get there so I may arrive early to help with preparations.
Kayo"
