Startled profanity announced Kuronue's appearance in the sorting room. Ofdensen twitched slightly at the paperwork question. "Burning the office would not solve anything either."

"Well, I'll just leave it as, I wouldn't be alive right now without magic. Though the lessons-what little there are-range from herbology to potion making to spellcasting."

"Useful." He's already thinking of what to learn to make the best pranks. If the purpose of him being here to learn, then he would make good use of it.

He hesitates a moment, thinking it odd to thank a human. After a significant pause he nods his head a little stiffly in thanks.

"Now I just have to figure out which house to put you in. I am thinking Ravenclaw, since you did answer that question well."

He chuckles. "Merely the extend I would go to to avoid being involved in any kind of civil occupation. I believe I have too much energy for that."
