"Guh." Matt just walked away. Wow, his mind's blown.

"What if Harry loves both of them? Or thinks that he does?" Vesper had been in that position for a while, carrying on a passionate affair with one man while still wearing the necklace another man had given her.

"Oh! Wow. I didn't think of that. He loves them both?"

"I've no idea, frankly who any of the people in that bizarre little questionnaire are, or if they even exist," Vesper replied. "But it's possible, isn't it? And there's the rub."

"That is difficult. To have to choose between two people you love. Mmm," Peach thought for a long time. "Then I suppose he should marry who would be willing to move to where he is."

Though he wouldn't say it out loud, this girl sounded as useful as Yuuri. Now, don't get him wrong. Gwendal is unquestionably loyal. He also thinks Yuuri is still too flighty for his position.

He walked up to the girl and bowed slightly. "Forgive my ignorance, but where is the Mushroom Kingdom?"

"Well, it's in the center of the country. It's near deserts and water, and it's only a short plane ride to Isle Delfino."

In other words, the mun is BSing. Again.

Gwendal nodded slightly. "I regret that is a place that is unfamiliar to me. Do you have any exports?" he asked.

"Well, not much, and we mostly trade with the neighboring country Sarasaland. I tend to see their princess often too."

Zel blinked for a moment. "... You know, you remind me of a friend I haven't seen in a long time."

"Oh, really? I was not aware of that. Though I do tend to look like other people. Why, when Daisy and I play together, some people think we're twins!"

"Well, you don't look much like Amelia, actually, but she's a lot like you." Come to think of it, she looked like Filia. Zel resisted the urge to try and make her angry just to see if a tail appeared.

He'd mentally placed her in "Hufflepuff, bordering on Gryffindor." This was liable to shift quickly if any comments about justice showed up unexpectedly. "Anyway, I'm Zelgadiss Graywords. Call me Zel; I realize my full name's a bit of a mouthful. And you are?"

"I'm Peach! Well, my ruling name is Princess Toadstool, but all my friends call me Peach."

"No one actually dies in competition?" she asked, arms folded across her chest. "What sort of competitions do you hold?" Because people tended to die with alarming rapidity where Brienne came from.

"Well, the ones I referred to were brawls. People from various countries and worlds fight each other to try to knock each other out, or get the most coins, or stay in the stage the longest."

"I see. What was the reward for such brawls?" Brienne asked. She was still feeling a bit skeptical.
