Checking the computer lab to see how useful the computers can be resulted in finding out about the blocking of outbound internet access. After finding this out, Light still leaves the system alone, even if it would be simple enough to hack. Browsing around the little bit that is accessible to everyone soon enough leads to Beowulf's post. It's nothing special, although it is a good thing that there is a translator for what Beowulf tries to type, and Light is bored enough to reply with something.
How many monsters have you seen at Hogwarts so far?
Computers! Finally! Tako's producers were going to hear about how long it had taken for his demands to be met! This was an outrage! Tako sat down to type a nasty e-mail on one computer, and on the other he replied to Beowulf's message. With eight arms, he could do that.
Oz hadn't spent significant time in Hogwarts since his awkward marriage to that speedster. It was mostly awkward from the kid's side rather than Oz's own, though the werewolf felt that he probably wouldn't make that great a husband. But Willow's arrival was actually enough to make the man skip out on school for a while; he hadn't felt ready to see her yet without getting bitey.
So the man had mostly abandoned Hogwarts to go back to his 'travel the world' agenda (wrong word, the point of Oz's life is not to have an agenda). But tonight he was in the area...
