Well, it was nice to see the Iron Chef and challenger exchange pleasantries. And the Maou was so nice too. Kaga had to wonder just what he saw in Wolfram to become engaged to him.

That was for another day. Now, it is time to reveal the theme.

"While thinking of a theme, I thought of how royalty must be versatile when ruling a kingdom. That brought to mind an ingredient that is also versatile. We unveil the ingredient!"

(It does not sound as cool when the mun types it out)

From the depths of the table rose a platform. On it were blocks of tofu, half silken (soft), half firm.

"The theme ingredient is...TOFU!"

You may now commence spazzing.

Cue spazzing. Okay, not quite.

"This is great! Tofu is excellent in curry! I'll make Mom's Tofu Curry in a Hurry!"

Yuuri didn't seem to realize that in an Iron Chef competition, you were supposed to make more than one dish.

However, Wolfram was quick to remind him. Though the amount of servings wasn't what he had in mind.

"Make sure it's the tastiest, biggest, chewiest tofu curry you can make! But not too spicy, I want to save some for Greta." He deftly tied his frilly pink apron over his shoulders. "What can I do to help you in this endeavor!?"

"Tofu! What a healthy treat!" Tako was excited. Now was the time to practice the dishes he might make for his health food special. "Soy protein's on the rise, you know," he said.

Pierrot clapped and exclaimed. "Oh! This will be a tough battle."

With his Japanese accent, tough sounded suspiciously like tofu.

After letting the lead in music play, Kaga uttered his now-infamous signal for the chefs to get cooking for the next hour.
