Neal was back, and a little perplexed at how empty the school seemed to be. He'd caught a glimpse of the tent city from the windows of Ravenclaw Tower ((which his mun was stoked to get a description of in DH)), and decided to investigate. Unfortunately, the house-elves seemed to have decided he was some sort of threat (and if he'd known what was going on, he might have been), and kept him away at cattle-prod point.

So he'd come over to the lake, instead. To tell the truth, he was more than a little impressed with Bart's exploits out there.

Bart slides out the barrel coming to a smooth stop in the water by neal, then smiles. "Hi!"
