Round #004; Challenge #12: Submission Post
It has been sad to see so many players eliminated, but this is what it all boils down to: the final! A face-off of two icon makers who have survived this elongated battle royale. The competitors seem to be duking it out for the title of Dark Lord, since Lucius Malfoy is taking on his lord & master, Voldemort!
Theme 1: Parental Advisory
It’s time to bring out the mature side of Hogwarts. The students there are all growing, and about to experience the darker side of life.
Feel free to interpret this theme in any way you wish to. Perhaps you want to use a swear word (if you do, then make sure you do not use anything derisive or could incite racial or religious hatred). Perhaps you might wish to use a quote from a fight scene? Or maybe you want to manipulate the image into something more risqué than before & add a film certification logo? This isn’t an easy theme, but one that can be creative & fun.
Theme 2: Teachers' Day Off
We’re going to honour the great men and women who have brought the teaching staff at Hogwarts’ to life. The only catch… it can NOT be an image from any of the Harry Potter films! That’s right, they can NOT be in character!
Therefore your icon must feature any of the fine actors or actresses who have been included in the teaching staff from Hogwarts. You can use images from premieres, other films, television shows, fashion shoots, or interviews.
Theme 3: Doujinshi Image
I just think that this is a cute image, and I hope you do too. Do not use any other image source for this theme. Therefore this is the only image you can use in your third icon.
Other than that, you can do whatever you want to the icon. You can play with the colours, cropping, rotation, fonts, textures & brushes as much as you like. It is entirely up to you!
