Alright, so I saw this on the news after watching Lost on Thursday night and I thought it was really interesting. Unfortunately, most people I've talked to about this haven't been as amazed as I am that there are living uncontacted indigenous people living in the world.

i often wonder what it would be like to live in a tribe like that. I wouldn't be educated in the same way I am now and would probably not know anything about technology or anything modern at all, but on the other hand, i wouldn't have a lot to worry about other than surviving, and things like family would be different, gathering food would probably become a social activity, i would know how to make bows and arrows, i would have to build my own house, etc, etc.

I don't know, every time I think about tribes who live primitively, I always get this weird feeling, like "what if i was born into a tribe like that instead."

These are neat pictures - neat, but a little haunting, especially how they are painted like that.
