The key to insulting customers in a corporate or semi-corporate setting (like mine) is to do it using big words. You have to sound very intelligent, but still be a real prick. I found that, if I do it that way, I don't get in trouble.

Yeah, people say I'm a bastard for treating people like shit in a hospital, but I only do it to the people who deserve it. Minorities, mostly.

The thing about being a prick at work is that these people come back and make life a living hell for me whether I'm nice or not. Either they are ignorant, illiterate, or just plain rude. Whatever the case, I can't be a jerk because if my bosses heard me being a jerk I'd be dropped pretty fast (the economy and such). Just gotta deal I guess.

good lord, working at a bank during the holidays in the middle of a recession must have been BRUTAL. At least you didnt get held hostage or anything.

And if you finally get to live out your dream of getting on the Price is Right, then I think 2009 will be pretty alright.
