Went to the renaissance festival yesterday. It was ridiculous. Swords/armor/kilts were all $125+ so I didnt get anything cool. Over all I would say I enjoyed it even though parts were stupid. Apparently people in those times were annoying jackasses. The joust could have been cooler and girls with swords? Thats not real!
