Ugh. Yep, I've been there. Sorry for asking the obvious, but have you told him how this makes you feel? (This instance in particular, not just him playing WoW all the damn time.) He may say something dumb like insinuate that he can't just sit around waiting to do random things with you instead of playing his game, but you might mention some more specific stuff.

No guarantees that he won't just be a twit about it, though. I'm sorry.
