I wasn't expecting much when I watched this film but I have to say it definitely exceeded my expectations. It's not a film you'd see on a Friday night but it also doesn't throw it's message at you-- it makes you think for yourself. OMG! LOVE! I think I'll be back to steal some. These are fabulous. I couldn't agree more with what you said about the movie. I was worried that it would be so hyped up that I wouldn't like it. I did.

7 and 8 are absolutely fabulous. 11, 12, and 13 are beautiful. Gael is gorgeous in 17 and 18. 29 is fab. I love how you can still figure out what it is, but it isn't like "OMGZ!Noodity!" Very well-done.

haha, yeah i was a bit worried about uploading that icon, afraid that photobucket might try to delete it or something and also just because i haven't really iconed nudity before, heh.

I'll be saving all of them and usage will incl. one of my writing journals (at least). I wish these'd existed when I was looking for icons of this film.

I was really impressed by that movie as well. The Japanese story got a little gross and weird, but it was a very entertaining movie. Slightly depressing though....haha

i thought the japanese story was more heartbreaking than gross. i suppose the "gross" parts is what made the story more heartwrenching than the hours. but yeah i agree: overall i liked it a lot and i felt the oscar nominations were justified :)
