hello. just wondering, why is getting setlists signed a no-no?

Oh, it's not. It's just that we were getting setlists signed every night, and Dan was like "again?!", though in a goodnatured way and he did sign them still. It wasn't the signing, it was the repeated signing (and not even normal repetition, like everyonce in a while, but every night, that did it). Hehehe. And still, he didn't say it was bad, we just felt a little silly. :)

i tried to get a pick from the St. Louis show, the guy threw one right at me, but it went over my head and once it hit the floor it was lost in the confetti bits. :( i was very sad. i have 2 (TWO!) Alice Cooper pics, but i have no TMBG related goodness as of yet. :(

*L*! Love the "we requested a SEALED heat box" comment... and the "optimists are often wrong" - *G*.

YAY ANGELICAT!!!! ANGELICAT LIVES!!!

Headline of the next "Weekly World News": "Angelicat Miraculously "Flies" from Concert to Concert; Fans Amazed!"

Hey! *pouts* No pick for me? (Didn't even notice him handing him out at the other concert)

Ah... so the wristband idea was stolen from Marty? *G*

what's also funny about the Angelicat: We put it up on the stage for the kidsfest too, but it disappeared :( However, we were in the grocery store in Cleveland getting milk, and Alice saw the same tabloid, and bought it, so that we can put the Angelicat on the stage at Lebowskifest, hehehe.

Acutally, I did get an extra pick since there were so many laying around. I was going to make one into a necklace (yes, I know, I'm crazy), but these are really thin ones, so it wouldn't look as good. You want one? I can give it to you at WizardWord (assuming I go, which looks promising currently).

And yup, the wristbands were all Marty. Hehehe. We had them for the last show we went to in Madison, and Marty was pretty amused.

You thought of me - thank you! Necklace or as is - either would be great. *G*

It would be cool to laminate the cat pic for Lebowski... or xerox it, color it in, and laminate it.

It sounds like it was fun, even with the impending heatstroke. :)

He also asked why we didn't conga, and I was trying to come up with a better reason than I didn't want to lose my front row spot
I'm with you on that. I don't give up my spot for no stinkin' conga line! :P

I think the last time there was an attempt at a conga line locally, no one in the front row was really conga-ing, per se. People were sort of shuffling around in one place, but no forward movement. None of us wanted to give up our spots.
