Does anyone know how to upload something they've recorded from the TV to the internet? Or know of someone who knows how?

If so, could I ask a huge favor?
The Fray are going to be on David Letterman on Monday, July 10th, and I will be at Yellowstone in a cabin. Could someone record and upload it for me?
