It's great we have free internet and everything (though in Vancouver, we could access it wirelessly in the room), but seriously, hotel people, investing in chairs wouldn't go amiss. I mean, you've already got a fountain in the breakfast room. And you serve grits, even though I'm pretty sure no-one
