Kili and Thorin, tw: self-harm

Post BotFA everyone lives but Kili starts hurting himself to cope. Eventually Fili finds out about this and starts helping him try to quit (you don't have to include that whole part in the story though). Usually when Kili gets the urge to hurt himself Fili is there to distract him, hold him, make it better. But one day Fili isn't there (maybe off entertaining visiting dignitaries or something? Some sort of princely duties?) and Kili gets low. He doesn't want to disappoint his brother by hurting himself but he doesn't think he can stop left to his own devices.

Fili is the only one who knows until Kili shows up at the door to Thorin's chambers holding one of his blades and looking like a scared little kid. Mostly I want to see him explaining the situation to Thorin and Thorin's reaction.

I hope somebody fills this. It's not an easy topic to manage, but I really appreciate the angle that this prompt suggests.
