Can be one-sided (with Kili sort of being really obvious with his affection and Frodo picks up on it), Mutual (maybe Bilbo is helping tell the story. "No, your hair was NOT blowing majestically in the wind when I opened the door!"), or just Kili's simple admiration without love.
+10 if Kili is telling the story during a thunderstorm to calm Frodo down
+100 if Thorin is sick of baby-sitting (clearly too majestic for that)
