Resurrections and death

I just noticed a very obvious pattern in my fic. Death (that's death, not Death with a capital D) is everywhere

I don't mind stories dealing with tragedy (death, grieving) if they're done well. :)

If we believe the theory that there are only two stories, "Someone goes on a journey," or "A stranger comes to town," then half of all possible stories will somehow touch on death. It's sort of...the inevitable, suggested end to any journey

but considering it's *fanfic* we're talking about, it would be much more reasonable to expect me to write about sex, a relationship, things like that... Then again, that wouldn't be me, not really.
