Spent New Year's Eve online, chatting to ankae, good friend of mine (truth be told, possibly rather something like my long lost twin sister - she even shares nearly the same birthday!), much missed since she moved literally halfway around the globe about two years ago. (Two years already? Yeah, I think so.) Was glad to discover she still has *some* geek

I try my best not to die in 2006. I'm moving to Aussie in Feb, so do wish me luck with staying alive. *remembers all the scary animals she saw last year...and some car drivers...and some other Australians*
One positive thing about going to Australia: I'm coming closer! Then it'll be "almost" halfway around the globe. There are other positive things about Aussie but I do not dare to officially say something about that until I leave NZ's borders.
